Boarding

Unlike many other facilities, *guests spend their day playing with our DAYCARE group in an indoor/outdoor play arena. Our day care specialists are always with them and can tire out any over energetic dog! Guests are only in their rooms for meals and sleep. 

Our rooms are made by Shor-Line, which is known for its state of the art kennel systems. They are 3' x 6' and are made of stainless steel. These rooms are sanitized daily.

Every room has an orthopedic, therapeutic mattress and pillow for our guest..

Each dog may be fed up to 3 times daily per owners request. DOG TAG is a BYOBag facility! Please pack your dogs meals! Being away from you is stressful enough, given their own food minimizes risk of an upset stomach.

Guests are given physicals daily to ensure that they are in pristine condition.

DOG TAG will administer medications you supply with your pet.

Guests are allowed to bring up to 3 luggage items.

Our play area floor is anti-bacterial, 1/2" thick rubber flooring, (good for their joints!), specifically designed for animals.

24 hr. surveillance cameras throughout the premises.

In case of emergency, DOG TAG uses the care of Fox Lake Animal Hospital in Fox Lake or Animal Emergency in Grayslake.
